How OPEX Perfect Pick works

How its works

OPEX Perfect Pick® utilizes autonomous iBOT® technology to automate the storage, retrieval, and delivery of inventory directly to operators. Unlike traditional warehouse systems, iBOTs move independently throughout the storage structure, providing direct access to inventory and eliminating unnecessary travel time. This intelligent approach increases throughput, improves accuracy, and maximizes storage density within the warehouse.

When an order is received, iBOTs automatically retrieve the required totes and transport them to ergonomic presentation ports where operators can efficiently pick items. Once the picking process is complete, inventory is returned to its optimal storage location, ensuring continuous system efficiency and inventory visibility.

The system dynamically manages inventory based on demand patterns, enabling faster access to high-velocity products while maintaining accurate stock control. With its scalable and modular design, OPEX Perfect Pick® can easily adapt to changing business requirements, helping organizations streamline fulfillment operations and support long-term growth.
